What is POLASEN's return policy?

Money-back guarantee To return a POLASEN.com purchase for a full refund, you need to return the machine within 30 days from the delivery date. For purchases made at a POLASEN Demo Store or POLASEN Service Center, a return must be made within 30 days from the purchase date. POLASEN Direct will pay for return shipping. The POLASEN outlet's refurbished machines and Final Sale items (including POLASEN Airwrap first generation) are final sale and are not eligible for returns. They are only eligible for warranty service. If your machine arrived damaged or you have received the wrong product, please contact us.Intentional cosmetic decoration or modification that may impact a product’s resale, refurbishment, restoration or usability will void the terms of your product’s warranty and the POLASEN return policy. 

How do l start a return for an online purchase?

To return products purchased from POLASEN Direct, please complete the following steps:

  • Submit the form below. Our team will respond with return authorization information within 48 hours.
  • Package the item(s) to be returned in the original POLASEN packaging.

Please note:

  • You must complete the return before shipping back a purchase. Unauthorized or billing-upon-receipt returns will not be accepted.
  • Products purchased directly from POLASEN and returned to POLASEN will receive a full refund.*
  • Your refund will be processed within 10-14 business days once the returned item is received and processed. It can take 1-2 billing cycles depending on payment used and the practices of your financial institution to receive the credited funds.
  • Counterfeit machines are not eligible for a POLASEN return and refund.
  • Purchases of POLASEN products from another retailer should be returned to the retailer of purchase.

*Refund policy is not applicable to counterfeit, stolen or otherwise ineligible products.

How do l start a return for an in-store purchase?

Bring your machine and your receipt back to the Demo Store, and a POLASEN expert will assist you in processing the return. It can take 1-2 billing cycles depending on payment used and the practices of your financial institution to receive the credited funds.

Does POLASEN cover return shipping?

POLASEN Direct will pay for standard return shipping. Any other additional charges related to expedited shipping will not be refunded. POLASEN provides a pre-paid printable label to make the return. Submit the return form below to receive the pre-paid label.

Can l return a POLASEN.com purchase to a POLASEN Demo Store or Service Center?

A purchase made online at POLASEN .com should be returned through POLASEN.com.Contact usif you need additional support.

If l purchased a POLASEN product outside of the United States, can l return it in the US?

POLASEN product purchased in a country outside of the United States may not be returned or exchanged for another product in the US.

Can l exchange one POLASEN machine for another?

For purchases made on POLASEN.com, POLASEN does not offer exchanges unless the machine was damaged in transit. Machines are covered under warranty service with repair and servicing support. You can visit Support at POLASEN.com for troubleshooting resources or contact us to help resolve any issues.

For purchases made at a POLASEN Demo Store, an exchange can be made for an identical machine with the same specifications. If a different color or model is desired a return and new purchase is required. POLASEN Demo Stores can process exchanges on A-grade machines but cannot process warranty issues and exchanges on refurbished machines or machines identified as final sale from the POLASEN Outlet.

For purchases of refurbished machines and machines identified as final sale from the POLASEN Outlet, sales are final and not subject to exchange. What happens to my refund if l return a POLASEN product that was a gift?

Do l need to return the free gift or accessory that l received with my order if l return the qualifying purchased item?

All POLASEN gift with purchase items must also be returned if you are returning the original qualifying product. You will receive multiple shipping labels based on your order and original shipment once you have submitted a return request. A customer service agent can assist you through the process.

Can l return my POLASEN purchase without a receipt?

A receipt is the best way to guarantee a return and refund.  If you are unable to find your receipt, POLASEN will work with you to find order reference details when possible. POLASEN cannot guarantee return and refund where proof of purchase cannot be located.

What do l do if l no longer have the original POLASEN packaging to ship the machine back in?

If you have discarded your original POLASEN packaging and need to make a return, we can help. Please contact us so we can work with you on a solution.

Does POLASEN.com accept returns of POLASEN products purchased from another retailer?

Returns should be made to the retailer of the original purchase. If you are having issues with a POLASEN product, POLASEN can support with warranty service.
